* Custom Orders: For custom or personalized craft orders, you are responsible for providing correct measurements, names, or specifications. Production begins immediately upon payment, and changes cannot be made once processing starts.

3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

* Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

* Payment Processing: You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the site, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including shipping fees and taxes.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

* Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

* Risk of Loss: All physical purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for these items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

* No Returns Policy: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

* Custom Items: Custom or personalized craft orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be altered or cancelled once production begins.

* Damage Claims: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging. We will evaluate these claims on a case-by-case basis to provide a replacement or store credit.

* Ownership: All content on this website—including images, craft designs, product text, logos, and graphics—is the property of Cutesy Craft Shop and is protected by copyright laws.

* Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any of our products, images, or content without our express written permission.
